The staff at Zarowny Motors are constantly adding new certifications or upgrading existing certifications through the many on-line training modules offered by Ford Canada. These modules include everything from new vehicle model training for our sales team, service technician training, electric vehicle training and Ford human resource training. Zarowny Motors’ Human Resource Department stays on top of the offered education and training programs for all departments through the Ford Canada on-line portal. This is a user-friendly system that features regular training updates and access to a library of educational programs for all departments and staff.
Staying current within each department, including Parts, Service, Sales and Administration, is vital at Zarowny Motors as the industry adds new models, especially electric vehicles. Automotive Service Technician accreditation is a large focus of Zarowny Motors, and these technicians, in particular, are also required to do in-person training to achieve specialties. Many of these courses have 3-4 days of training in Edmonton after the on-line portion.
Beside the Automotive Service Technicians, a large portion of the Zarowny staff have customer service training. Programs include inclusive administration, time management, and team building, all very important to the success of Zarowny Motors.
