Zarowny Motors congratulates Don Schultz (Schultzie) on his retirement and thanks him for his service and dedication to the company for the past eight years. Don has always worked diligently and professionally as part of our Sales team. Don has been awarded the Summit Award four times. The Summit Award recognizes the top 10% of Sales Consultants in Ford of Canada’s Western Region (AB, SK, MN). Schultzie is a kind, jovial, and honest salesperson with many long-term customers and friends.

Don was born and raised in Barrhead, Alberta with three brothers and one sister. Don’s parents owned and operated the local farm implement business. Don quickly found his niche in the retail industry and worked to become the Store Manager of IGA in Fort Saskatchewan and then in management with Canada Safeway in Edmonton.
In later years, Don would expand his career experience as the second-generation owner-operator of Case IH in his hometown of Barrhead. He developed a taste and aptitude for sales and continued in that vein with Great West Life as a Life Insurance Broker and as a salesperson in the auto industry. Don has two daughters, one son and two stepsons. He is also blessed with one adorable granddaughter.
Don moved to Elk Point to marry Sherry and was soon a key salesperson with Zarowny Motors. Don has been a team leader at Zarowny Motors for the past eight years and will be missed.
Don plans to spend more time enjoying activities like camping with Sherry and his children and granddaughter. Don also wants to give more of his time to volunteer work in the region. Zarowny Motors wishes Don and Sherry all the best in these new pursuits and activities.
