Peace of mind is offered by Ford and Lincoln in the form of its Roadside Assistance Program. Owners can start by downloading the Ford Pass application that provides a link to activate roadside assistance and also provides a 1-800 number. To access the menu select the hazard red symbol at the top of the home page of the application. Here is an overview of what the program covers:
All Ford vehicles come with a 5 year or 100000 km Roadside assistance program (Diesel engine have 5 year or 160000 km). All Lincolns vehicles come with Lifetime Roadside Assistance. Lincolns that transition to new owners through Zarowny Lincoln have 6 year or 110000 km Roadside assistance
